StFX Cheerleading
StFX Cheerleading proudly consists of two dynamic teams, totaling approximately 60 dedicated athletes: the Blue Team and the White Team. United by a shared passion for cheerleading, our teams collaborate to deliver high-energy routines that include cheers, chants, stunts, jumps, and tumbling. Our primary mission is to support StFX University and enhance school spirit, whether we're performing at cheerleading competitions or energizing the crowd on game fields. Together, we create an inspiring atmosphere that embodies the spirit and pride of StFX.
White Team
The white team is our competitive cheerleading team at StFX University. This team will train continuously throughout the year in preparation to compete a routine in cheerleading competitions throughout Atlantic Canada, such as Maritime Meltdown and Cheer EXPO Nationals.
Blue Team
The blue team is our sideline cheerleading team at StFX University. This team will train throughout the year and perform at football and basketball games to support the X-Men and X-Women Athletes. The blue team works to build community spirit by participating in events in the town of Antigonish.
